Who we are
Elite College Identification Camps, Inc., doing business as Refine Elite College ID Camps ("we", "us"). Questions about anything on this page go to info@refinesoccer.com.
What we collect
Only what we are asked on the registration form. There is no tracking, no advertising pixel and no analytics on these pages — we do not build a profile of you, and we do not know you visited unless you register.

What we never see
Card details. Payment is entered inside a secure form hosted by Airwallex, our payment processor. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes go directly to them and never touch our systems. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference number.
Who else sees it
We share registration information with three service providers, and with the college coaching staff attending the camp your player registers for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to protect someone's safety.
Players under 18
Registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the player's information and consents to its use. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to register for you.
A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to show them what we hold about their child, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@refinesoccer.com and we will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
- Medical and insurance information — deleted within 90 days of the camp ending. We keep it only as long as it could be needed for an incident arising from camp.
- Registration and roster records — kept for three years, so we can answer questions about past attendance and returning players.
- Payment records — kept for seven years, as tax and accounting rules require.
How it is protected
- Every page is served over HTTPS, and the browser is instructed to refuse an unencrypted connection.
- Registration data is sent directly from your browser to our server. It is not stored in your browser, and no third-party script on the page can read it.
- Our own staff tools require a separate administrative credential.
- Card details never reach our systems at all.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If we discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — California residents, for example, have rights under the CCPA including the right to know and the right to delete. Write to info@refinesoccer.com.
Deleting a registration before camp means we cannot hold the place, and the refund policy in the registration terms applies.
Cookies
We set no cookies and use no analytics. Our payment processor may set what it needs inside its own secure payment form to complete the transaction.
Changes to this notice. If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. Material changes affecting people already registered will be sent by email.
